Prepare high protein Mixed Bhaddu Dal from urad dal in bhaddu pot(heavy bottom pot made of alloy) for your child and surprise him with its excluisve taste.

    Ingredients to make Mixed Bhaddu Dal:

    ½ cup rajma, ½ cup urad dal, oil 2 tbsp, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 whole red chili, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1/4 cup tomato puree, 2 tbsp cream, salt to taste

    Steps to make Mixed Bhaddu Dal:

    1. Wash and soak dal and rajma in bhaddu overnight.

    2. Next morning, add garam masala, little oil and salt to it and bring it to boil on medium heat till it tenders.

    3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilli and let them splutter.

    4. Add tomato puree and fry for sometime.

    5. Add boiled dal and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Garnish with cream and serve hot along with rice.
