Mogri Peru Nu Kachumber

This recipe is a wonderful combination of mogri and guava. It is easy to make and healthy too. Mogri are rich in ascorbic acid, folic acid, and potassium. They are a good source of vitamin B6, riboflavin, magnesium, copper, and calcium. Guava is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber.

    Ingredients to make Mogri Peru Nu Kachumber:

    1 cup mogri, 1 cup guava, 2 tsp green chili paste, 2 tsp powder sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, and salt to taste

    Steps to make Mogri Peru Nu Kachumber:

    1. Finely chop the mogri and guava.

    2. Mix chopped mogri with chilli paste and salt. Mix it well.

    3. Allow the above mixture to rest for 10 minutes in freezer.

    4. Now squeeze mogri and mix with remaining ingredients.

    Garnish with coriander and serve Mogri Peru Nu Kachumber as a side dish.
