    Ingredients to make Moong Dal Tikkis:

    1 Cup Yellow Moong Dal soaked & parboiled, 1 Inch Ginger, 4 tablespoons Coriander Leaves finely chopped, 1 Onion chopped, 3 tablespoons Green peas boiled and mashed, 1/4 Cup Paneer grated,2 tablespoons Corn flour, 1/2 Tablespoon Cumin powder, Salt to taste, 1/2 tablespoon Chaat Masala Powder, 2 tablespoon Cooking oil

    Steps to make Moong Dal Tikki:

    1. In a mixie, grind dal, coriander and ginger to a coarse paste.

    2. In a bowl, add dal mixture, onion, paneer, peas, and mix well.

    3. Add Corn flour, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt to taste, mix well.

    4. Make flat round tikkis from this mixture.

    5. Heat oil in a non stick shallow fry pan, shallow fry them till golden on both sides. Serve hot.
