An all time children's favourite murmura laddoo or Mudhi Muan is a great snack time dish. It is a nice blend of sweet taste along with the nutrition of jaggery.

    Ingredients to make Mudhi Muan:

    4 cups of rice puff, 1.5 cup of melted jaggery, 1 tbsp ghee, ½ cup chopped or grated coconut, ½ cup roasted peanuts

    Steps to make Mudhi Muan:

    1. heat melted jaggery in a heavy bottom pan. Mix ghee, coconut and peanuts.

    2. Stir continuously till it attains two string consistency.

    3. Remove pan from heat. Mix puffed rice slowly and little at a time.

    4. Grease your hands with ghee and start making puffed rice balls when warm.

    Yummy Mudhi Muan is ready to serve.
