Mulberries are a water-based fruit, helping to keep your child well hydrated. They also contain fiber, protein, and healthy fats. The Mulberry Jam is very good for your child's health.

    Ingredients to make Mulberry Jam:

    1.5 kg mulberries (ripe), 1⁄2 cup lemon juice, 7 cups sugar, 1 bottle liquid pectin

    Steps to make Mulberry Jam:

    1. Put berries in saucepan and crush. Heat gently until juice starts to flow. Then, simmer covered, for 15 minutes.

    2. Put into jelly cloth or bag and squeeze out the juice. Measure out 3 cups of juice into a very large saucepan.

    3. Add sugar and lemonjuice, mix well.

    4. Put over high heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. At once, stir in the pectin.

    5. Then, bring to a rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat skim off the foam, with a metal spoon. Serve it with bread to your little kid.
