Multigrain Laddoos contain nutrients, fiber, and essential minerals like magnesium, copper, and iron. They are filled with essential fatty acids, B-vitamins, starch and fiber. Magnesium will help your kid build strong bones and teeth. It will also help with his metabolism. Fiber is great in helping the body stay regular and maintain a healthy colon.

    Ingredients to make Multigrain Laddoo:

    2 cups of ragi, jowar, bajra, wheat, 1¼ cup of jaggery, 1 tbsp ghee, few pieces of roasted cashew nuts and raisins

    Steps to make Multigrain Laddoo:

    1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan and fry flours lightly on a medium flame. Do not over fry. Set this aside to cool.

    2. Melt jaggery with 1/4 cup of water in a pan.

    3. Rinse the pan, pour the filtered mix back to the pan.

    4. Begin to boil till it reaches a soft ball consistency.

    5. Turn off the flame. Add the flour little by little but quickly. Make sure there are no lumps. Add the nuts and mix well.

    6. Grease your hands and make the balls. You have to be really quick in rolling else the mix will dry up faster.

    Cool the Multigrain Laddoos thoroughly and store in an airtight jar.
