This recipe is very simple to prepare and it can be prepared within 5-10 minutes. It is perfect for your breakfast and tastes yummy.

2.5 to 3 cups puffed rice/murmura, 1 large onion chopped, 1 large tomato chopped, ½ tsp red chili, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 chopped green chilli, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1 tbs oil, coriander leaves, salt to taste
1.Take puffed rice in a sieve and wash it under the running water for not more than 3-4 seconds.
2. Now drain out excess water and let it rest for few minutes till all the water drains out.
3. Take a pan and put some oil in it. Heat oil and then put some mustard seeds and let them splutter.
4. Now add green chilies and fry them, to this add chopped onion and let it turn light brown in color.
5. When onions are well cooked then add tomatoes and cook them till they turn soft.
6. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt as per your taste.
7. Give this mixture a gentle toss and then add puffed rice to this mixture.
8. Toss it very gently and mix it well in the prepared masala.
9. In the end, add lemon juice and give a gentle mix.
10. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve it hot with aloo or Bikaneri bhujia.
