Quick Mushroom Stir Fried Rice is one of the best easy baby meals. It is a great idea to introduce mushrooms to your little one. This is absolutely a different texture and she may take an instant liking to it. Mushrooms are rich in B vitamins such as riboflavin, folate, thiamine, pantothenic acid and niacin.

1 cup cooked Basmati Rice, ¼ cup of finely chopped beans, bell pepper, spring onion, cabbage, ½ cup of chopped mushrooms, ½ tsp finely chopped ginger garlic, 2 tsp stir fry oil, salt and pepper to taste
¼ tsp soya sauce, ¼ tsp brown sugar, ¼ tsp white vinegar/ lemon juice
1. Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped ginger garlic. Fry it for minute.
2. Add the vegetables (beans, bell pepper, cabbage, mushrooms), sauté these till everything is cooked soft under low flame.
3. Add the fried rice sauce and mix everything well.
4. Finally, add the cooked rice, salt and pepper and cook for 7 minutes under low flame.
5. Switch off the flame and add spring onion and rest it for some time.
