Namkeen Sattu Parantha is a popular dish that is most popular in the region of Bihar. It contains a lit of fiber and is quite filling for your child's tummy as well.

1 cup sattu, 2 cups wheat flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp kalonji, ½ tsp ajwain, ½ cup water, 1 tbsp oil
1. Take wheat flour in a bowl and add ajwain, kalonji, salt, and ghee.
2. Also add sattu in this flour and then mix everything well.
3. Add little water and then make a soft dough out of this mixture.
4. Now place this dough aside and covered for 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, take small portions of this dough, and roll out to make paranthas.
6. Now, heat the tawa and place parantha on this with little oil.
7. Cook from both the sides till it turns golden brown in color.
Serve it hot with curd or pickle.
