Potatoes, some veggies
1. Wash the potatoes and pressure cook in water for 10 minutes.
2. In a blender, add the cooked potato and the remaining ingredients and blend to a smooth puree.
3. Strain the puree if required, then add water to make a soup. Boil it for a minute.
Serve fresh!
