Milk–3 cups, sugar–3/4 cup, nungu/palm fruit puree–3 cups, condensed milk–3 tbsp, cardamom powder–½ tsp, chironji–1 tbsp
1. Heat milk and sugar and cook till it is reduced and thickened.
2. Add in condensed milk and mix well. Chill in fridge till cold.
3. Add palm fruit, cardamom powder, and chironji. Mix well and serve cold.
