As a nutritious snack, try out this super-simple recipe for Oats Sesame Ladoos. Oats are full of fibre and carbohydrates, while sesame seeds contain vital minerals and vitamins such as Vitamin B1 and manganese.

    Ingredients to make Oats Sesame Ladoo:

    1 cup oats, 1 cup sesame seeds, 1 cup jaggery, 2 tbsp milk

    Steps to make Oats Sesame Ladoo:

    1. Dry roast oats in medium heat until a nutty aroma comes out, approximately for 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cool.

    2. Dry roast sesame seeds on medium heat until they start to pop and the color changes into a light golden brown. Transfer to the plate and cool.

    3. In a blender, add roasted oats, sesame seeds, grated jaggery and blend it to a fine powder. Transfer to a wide bowl.

    4. Add warm milk little by little and shape them into small balls. Serve.
