Olua Besara with Dahi is a power-packed healthy dish for your child, loaded with the goodness of curd, rich in calcium among other nutrients.

250gm olua, 2 tbsp besara(mustard paste), 1 tbsp dahi, salt to taste, 1 medium tomato chopped, a pinch turmeric, 1 tsp panchaphutan, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1 red chili, curry leaves
1. Boil the whole olua, peel it, and cut into 2 cm cubes. Take a pan, add 1tsp oil, when hot add mustard seeds.
2. When they splutter add the chopped tomato, cook it till done. Cool it.
3. Then add the mustard paste and the yogurt to it and mix it well. Keep this mixture.
4. In another pan, add 2 spoons of oil, when hot fry the boiled and cut olua. Fry till golden brown. Then add the above mixture, cook in low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Then add about 200 ml of water. Then boil again for 5 minutes.
6. Then season with 1 spoon panchphutan, red chiles, and curry leaves.
Finally add some coriander leaves and serve.
