    Ingredients to make Onion Fish Angles:

    6 cups sliced onions, 2 lbs fish pieces, ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs, 2 eggs

    Steps to make Onion Fish Angles:

    1. Heat oil and 2 tablespoon of the butter and cook onions over medium heat until soft and golden, stirring often-- for about 15 minutes.

    2. Spread one-third of the onion sauce in a casserole.

    3. Cover with the fish fillets and scrambled eggs.

    4. Top with the fresh bread crumbs and dot with small pats of butter.

    5. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for about 20 minutes.

    Keep it going until the casserole is bubbly and ready to be served!
