Ingredients to make Onion Pakodas:
1 Onion, 4 cup Besan powder, Coriander leaves,3 green chili, turmeric and red chili powder, cumin seeds, ajwain, salt to taste
Steps to make Onion Pakodas:
1. Prepare a mixture of besan, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, ajwain, and salt to taste. Mix it well.
2. Chop the onions only in a vertical manner and put these chopped onions along with green chili into the mixture and give a nice mix to it.
3. In a pan, pour oil and put small dumplings of the mixture, spreading it all over the pan, making sure that each dumpling has enough space to fry.
4. Fry it until it turns golden. Your hot and spicy onion pakoras are ready to go with the evening tea.
