Make tasty onion pizza with rice bread using rice and urad dal. Rice is a good source of carbohydrates while urad dal has protein. Top the rice bread with chopped onion and a drizzle of oil and pizza is ready.

3 cups rice, 1 cup urad dal, 1 onion, 2 tsp oil
1. Wash and soak the rice and urad dal separately. Grind them separately and mix well. Allow to ferment the batter for 6- 8 hours.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. On a hot tawa, take a spoonful of batter and spread it little thick.
4. Top the rice bread with onions and drizzle a tsp oil on the sides and top.
5. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Remove and serve this delicious onion pizza with rice bread.
