A unique combination of citrus and milk giving a tangy milkshake, is Orange Milkshake. The goodness of orange and proteins in milk combined into one makes a healthy drink. Orange is an excellent source of vitamin C and helps to develop resistance in the body.

Contents
1 orange sliced, 1 cup cow’s milk, few green cardamoms, 1 tablespoon cashews, ½ cup sugar
1. Slice the oranges thinly and add to a blender.You can also use orange juice.
2. Add one cup milk. It is better to use cold milk.
3. Add half a cup of sugar and blend well.
4. Powder cardamom and add to the milk.
Creamy Orange Milk is ready. Garnish with cashews and serve.
