Oying is a stew of vegetables that is yummy in taste and very healthy for the body.

    Ingredients to make Oying:

    1 cup buckwheat flour, salt to taste, and a little bit of butter or ghee

    Steps to make Oying:

    1. Mix buckwheat flour with water and make a thick batter. Add salt as per the taste. Let it rest for half an hour.

    2. Take a flat tawa and add little ghee or butter on it. Now spread this batter on the tawa to get the shape of a dosa. Cook from both the sides till it turns brown and crisp.

    Serve it hot!
