Having a tough time getting your kid to eat his spinach? Make him this delectable Palak Raita, full of calcium, protein, fiber, and vitamin D.

1 cup curds, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 cup chopped spinach leaves, 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1/4 tsp sugar, rock salt to taste
1. Heat oil and add the cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Add chopped spinach and sauté on high heat until tender and most of the water is evaporated.
2. Combine spinach with all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Chill for an hour and serve.
