    Ingredients to make Palak Sabzi:

    1 bunch of spinach leaves, 1 diced potato, 1 onion pureed, 1 tomato pureed, ginger-garlic paste 1, 1 tbsp besan, a handful of dried methi leaves

    Steps to make Palak Sabzi:

    1. Wash the spinach leaves properly and blanch them in hot water.

    2. Blend the leaves to a fine puree using mixer. Add dry methi leaves and blend again.

    3. Bring 3-4 cups of water to boil, add 1 tbsp salt and diced potatoes. Par boil them.

    4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai and add cinnamon stick, ginger garlic paste and besan and saute them.

    5. Add onion puree and fry till it turns golden brown. Add tomato puree then.

    6. Cook the onion tomato puree till it leaves the oil from sides. Add salt.

    7. Once done, add spinach puree and mix properly with the paste.

    8. Add blanched potato and mix properly. Cook on a medium flame while stirring in between.

    9. Cook for another 2 minutes and switch off the flame then.

    Serve this Palak Sabzi to your baby. You can add cottage cheese instead of paneer to enhance the taste and nutrients of the dish.
