You need to incorporate lots of fruits and veggies in daily diet. This Palm Fruit Pudding is loaded with the goodness of calcium, protein and vitamins.

    Ingredients to make Palm Fruit Pudding:

    Milk – 500 ml, sugar–1 cup, chopped nungu/palm fruit –2 cups, China Grass/Agar Agar–2 tsp, water–1 cup, rose milk essence – few drops

    Steps to make Palm Fruit Pudding:

    1. Mix China grass and water and soak for 10 mins. Set aside.

    2. Heat milk and sugar and cook for 10min till thickened. Cool.

    3. Heat china grass till it is melted. Set aside.

    4. To the cooled milk, add the palm fruit, china grass and rose milk essence and mix well.

    5. Chill in fridge for a few hours till set. Serve chilled.
