This is a yummy treat for the kids and for the adults as well as it gives an amazing flavor. It is healthy and looks beautiful when set in the pandan leaves. It is rich in healthy carbs and fats.

    Ingredients to make Palm Sugar Jelly:

    Agar agar strips, water, palm sugar, cane sugar, pandan leaves tied into a knot

    Steps to make Palm Sugar Jelly:

    1. Cut agar agar strips into sections of about 10 cm. Soak the strips for 15 minutes in little water.

    2. In a medium sized pot, bring 1200 ml water to the boil.

    3. Add agar agar strips and boil until it dissolves.

    4. Strain the liquid and put it back into the pot for boiling. Add palm and cane sugar to the water until they dissolve.

    5. When the water starts thickening and bubbling, take it off from the heat and let it get warm.

    6. Now put this mixture inside the tied pandan leaves.

    Put them into the refrigerator and then serve them chilled once they are set.
