    Ingredients to make Panchkhadya:

    1 tbsp poppy seeds, ½ cup dry grated coconut, 1/4 cup rock sugar, dry fruits, kirk powder, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

    Steps to make Panchkhadya:

    1. Heat a pan on medium heat. Add poppy seeds.

    2. Roast the seeds for 2 to 3 minutes until it gets reddish colour.

    3. Transfer the poppy seeds in a blender pot. Grind it into a course powder.

    4. Roast the grated coconut on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

    5. Transfer the roasted coconut into the blender pot. Add rock sugar.

    6. Blend it into a coarse powder.

    7. Take the mixture into a bowl. Add dry fruits. 8. Add kirk powder and cardamom powder. Mix well.

    The tasty and yummy dish is ready to dive into and enjoy!
