Panchmel ki Sabzi

Panchmel ki Sabzi is a right combination of five veggies- gavarfali, chawli, capsicum, cucumber, and carrots. This sumptuous dish will be a wholesome diet for your child. These vegetables have vital nutrients, folate, proteins, and fibre.

    Ingredients to make Panchmel ki Sabzi:

    ¾ cup chopped cluster beans (gavarfali), ¾ cup finely chopped beans (chawli), ½ cup capsicum cubes, ¾ cup cucumber cubes, ½ cup carrot cubes, 1 tbsp. oil, ½ tsp. cumin seeds (jeera), 1 tsp. ginger green chilli paste, ½ tsp. chilli powder, ¼ tsp. turmeric powder, 1 tsp. coriander powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp.dried mango powder (amchur)

    Steps to make Panchmel ki Sabzi:

    1. Heat the oil in a thick bottomed pan and let the cumin seeds splutter, add ginger-green chilli paste and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.

    2. Add all the 5 veggies, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, and ½ cup water and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame until the veggies are well cooked. Stir occasionally.

    3. Add the dried mango powder, mix well and and cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame. Panchmel ki Subzi is ready.

    Prepare and serve this Panchmel ki Subzi which will taste yummy with rotis.
