Paneer in Coconut Gravy

This is more like a stew that goes great with rice and roti and it has a delicious taste with a dash of coconut and spicy flavor of green chiles.

    Ingredients to make Paneer in Coconut Gravy:

    2 cups cubed paneer, 1½ cup grated coconut, 3 tbsp oil, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 4 tsp cornflour, 2 tbsp coriander powder, salt to taste, 1 chopped onion, 6 green chiles, 1 piece of ginger

    Steps to make Paneer in Coconut Gravy:

    1. Take a pan and heat oil in it, then add paneer cubes in it and let them turn light brown in color.

    2. Now add some more oil in a pan and put cumin seeds in them.

    3. Make a paste of onion, green chiles, and ginger and add into this oil.

    4. Cook the paste on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add coconut milk and cornflour as well.

    5. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add paneer cubes into it.

    6. Add coriander and salt and mix gently. Cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

    Serve hot with rice and roti.
