Paneer Masala

Paneer Masala is a common Indian dish that is made atleast once in a month in every home. It is very delicious and at the same time easy to cook. If you have not tried it till now, do try it today and let your family feel the magic of paneer masala in their mouth. It is rich in copper, iron, and magnesium, among many other essential nutrients.

    Ingredients to make Paneer Masala:

    Paneer-250 gm , tomatoes-1 large, turmeric Powder-½ tbsp, garam masala powder-1/4 tsb, curd-½ cup, water-2 cup, coriander leaves-few, butter-1/4 cup, ginger-2 tsp(paste) and salt-to taste

    Steps to make Paneer Masala:

    1. Cut fresh paneer into small cubes and keep aside.

    2. Wash and cut tomatoes and ginger and grind them to paste.

    3. Heat butter in a colander and add tomato ginger paste and let it shimmer.

    4. Add turmeric powder and salt Stir for a while.

    5. Add curd and mix it well. Add little water and leave for 5 minutes.

    6. Now add paneer cubes and cover the colander. Cook for 10 minutes.

    Add garam masala and mix. Turn off the flame and garnish with minced coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
