This is a power packed dish, which is both yummy and healthy. Paneer is loaded with iron and copper, while the veggies in the dish come decked with vitamins and minerals. The existence of rice in this recipe, is a powerful add on, since it contains healthy carbs.

Basmati rice-1 cup, water-2cup, oil-1 tsb, salt-to taste, carrot-1/4 cup, French beans-1/4 cup, paneer- ½ cup, and black pepper-1/4 tsp
1. Wash rice gently changing water 2-3 times. For fluffier rice, the rice should be soaked for at least 15 minutes prior to cooking.
2. Heat the oil in asaucepan over medium heat. Oil should be moderately hot. Add the black pepper. After 1 minute add french beans and carrots, stir and add paneer cubes and salt, stir for about one minute.
3. Add the rice and water. Increase the heat to high and bring it to a boil. Turn the heat to low and cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water has evaporated.
Turn off the heat and fluff the pulao with a fork. Serve hot with any curry.
