This is perfect for entertaining a crowd over a cup of chai or to kick off a party. Easy to throw together and they taste best when eaten freshly made. Serve these Paneer Stuffed Bread with Pudina Chutney as an appetiser. This is rich in nutrients like calories, calcium and sodium. Sodium is needed for blood regulation. Calcium helps in having strong bones.

12 bread slices, 1/2 litre milk, 4 tbsp celery, 200 gm paneer, 1 potato, 1 tomato, 1 beetroot, 2 green chillies, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 tbsp oil,10 gm butter, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tbsp dry oregano, few basil leaves
1. To begin making the Paneer Stuffed Bread, first make the paneer bhurji.
2. In a pan, on medium heat, warm a tablespoon of oil. Add jeera and let it sizzle. Add chopped green chillies and then crumbled paneer to this.
3. Toss together and mix, then sprinkle the chaat masala powder, cumin powder, salt and give it a good mix once again.
4. Cook it for another 2 minutes. Switch of the heat and let the mixture cool.
5. Add the prepared bhurji into a mixing bowl, add chopped onions, mashed potato, mashed tomato, chopped beetroot, oregano and coriander leaves to this and knead the mixture well.
6. In a deep plate add half the milk. Chop the sides of the sliced bread and lay the bread slices one at a time, in the milk.
7. Let the bread soak in the milk for a few seconds, then place it between your palms and gently squeeze flat till the milk is drained. Keep the slice as flat as possible so as not to break it.
8. Now place the paneer mixture in the centre of the milk soaked slice, and bring the corners together to cover it with the soaked bread slice. the prep time is 20 min and the cooking time is 30 min. It serves 4 to 6 people.
