Paneer is rich in minerals like iron, copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, and selenium. The health benefits of paneer are numerous. It helps prevent certain chronic diseases as kids grow up. A simple paneer curry is so delicious that it would be a huge hit among your family members, especially among kids.

Cashews paste-1 cup, water-2 cup, paneer-250 gm, salt-to taste, oil-2 tsp and tomato-1 small
1. Cut paneer into small cubes.
2. Wash and cut tomatoes.
3. Heat oil in a colander and add chopped tomato, cashews paste and salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
4. Add 2 cups water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add the paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the flame and serve hot.
