Dosas are thin, pancake resemblances native to India, prepared from lentil and rice batter. They are rich in carbohydrates as well as fats. Dosa is a popular staple food of South India and are considered healthy due to their low calories. On the other hand, paneer is rich in minerals like iron, copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus and selenium. Paneer Wheat Dosa being a fermented food, adds on to the health benefits list of this dish. It is so delicious that it would be a huge hit among your family members.

Ingredients to make Paneer Wheat Dosa:
Whole wheat flour-1 cup, paneer-1 cup, salt- to taste, and butter-1/4 cup
Steps to make Paneer Wheat Dosa:
1. Take wheat flour in a container and add salt to it. Add water and mix well.
2. Leave it for fermentation for 4 hours in a warm place
3. Heat a tawa, take 3/4th ladle of batter and spread it into a thin dosa.
4. Once the top is lightly cooked, apply about 1/4 tsp of butter over the dosa.
5. Cook in medium flame until the side touching the tawa starts changing to golden brown.
6. Add some fresh grated paneer. Fold the dosa as shown and gently press it with the spatula.
7. Flip to the other side and gently press again. Now, transfer the dosa to the serving plate and repeat the steps for remaining dosas.
Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup!
