600 gm pani kakharu, 20 gm nadia, 20 gm tamarind, 100 gm gur, 4 curry leaves, 2 bay leaves, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 pc dry chili, 2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, salt
1. Peel and cut the water gourd. Soak tamarind in water for 15 minutes. Take out the pulp.
2. Take water and boil. Add tamarind pulp and jaggery. Again boil.
3. Now add the water gourd pieces.
4. Add turmeric, coconut crushed, salt. Stir well. Cook on a low flame.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Add remaining ingredients. Then add the water gourd, which is cooked. Cover for 2 minutes.
Serve this dish to your little one. He'll love it for sure!
