This delicious nutritious laddu contains a whole lot of nuts and dried fruits. It contains dates, which have good amounts of fiber and iron. The recipe also contains omega 3 fatty acids, which help in brain development, and it is also a good supply of energy and a good source of essential vitamins and minerals. Pista is rich in antioxidants like Vitamin E, which helps in protecting oxidative damage and also helps to promote eye health and improves vision.

    Ingredients to make Panjeri Laddoos (1 serving):

    Dried dates -20gms, figs -20gms, raisins -10gms, almonds-10gms, cashews-5gms, walnuts -5 gms, pistachios-10gms, ghee -25 ml, grated Coconut-15 gms, coconut milk -25 ml

    Steps to make Panjeri Laddoos:

    1. Heat a pan, add ghee, add all the dry fruits ingredients and roast them.

    2. Add grated coconut and sugar, cook it well under low flame.

    3. Add coconut milk and sugar to the mixture, cook it 4 -5 minutes.

    4. Once the mixture is cooled, put some oil to your hands and make small round balls out of the mixture.

    Serve this delicious Dry Fruits Laddus, known as Panjeri Laddus.
