Papad Methi Dana Sabzi has a great taste and it is a good stir fry recipe for your kid. Methi is rich in iron and contains fiber as well.

    Ingredients to make Papad Methi Dana Sabzi:

    1/4 fenugreek seeds soaked in buttermilk overnight, 2 tbsp raisins soaked in water for an hour, 2 large papad, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, salt as per the taste, 1 tbsp jaggery, a pinch of hing

    Steps to make Papad Methi Dana Sabzi:

    1. Whisk curd and mix chilli powder, jaggery, salt, raisins and turmeric powder in it.

    2. Slightly roast papad on gas stove and keep aside.

    3.Heat oil and add fenugreek seeds along with yogurt mixture. Cook it for 5 minutes.

    4. Add roasted papad pieces and water for smooth consistency.

    5.Taste the salt and jaggery in the curry and adjust as per your taste.

    Serve Methi Dana Sabzi with hot rotis.
