Be it kids or adults, everyone just relish Papaya Jam. This recipe is a good way to include papaya in your kiddo’s diet. Papaya contains high amounts of Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Vitamin E. They are also a good source of fiber and folic acid.

1 medium size ripe papaya – 2 cup of puree, ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp lemon juic
1. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut it into pieces and blend it to smooth paste using blender.
2. Take a pan and add sugar into the puree and mix it well.
3. Now keep the pan on medium heat till the mixture starts gets thickened. Stir continuously to avoid sticking of this mixture.
4. Turn off the heat after 15 minutes or once it reached the jam like consistency. Then add lemon juice and mix well.
5. Allow it to cool for a few minutes and pour the jam into clean glass jar.
Serve Papaya Jam to your kiddo with roti/whole wheat bread.
