A famous Bhojpuri recipe, Parwal Chokha is perfect to serve along with chapatis or steamed rice. Your child will love the variety of chokha. It is loaded with iron and vitamin C.

5-6 Parwal, 5-6 chopped garlic cloves, 2-3 green chillies chopped, salt to taste
1. Was, peel and boil the parwal in pressure cooker.
2. Once cooled, mash the pointed gourds.
3. Add green chillies, garlic cloves, salt, and mix well.
Parwal chokha is ready to serve.
