5-6 Parwal, 5-6 chopped garlic cloves, 2-3 green chillies chopped, salt to taste
1. Was, peel and boil the parwal in pressure cooker.
2. Once cooled, mash the pointed gourds.
3. Add green chillies, garlic cloves, salt, and mix well.
Parwal chokha is ready to serve.
