Semolina 1 cup, ghee-2 tablespoons, milk-3 cups, sugar-1 cup, green cardamom powder-1/2 teaspoon
1. Heat ghee in a frying pan and roast semolina till golden brown.
2. Add milk, sugar and green cardamom powder and stir constantly till it thickens.
3. Chill and serve cold.
