Try out this kid pleasing homemade refreshing recipe for your child which is healthy and without any preservatives and artificial colors. Pineapples is rich in Vitamins, contain high amounts of vitamin C and manganese.

    Ingredients to make Pineapple Jam:

    1 medim size ripe pineapple, 2 cup brown sugar/jaggery powder, 2 tsp lemon juice

    Steps to make Pineapple Jam:

    1. Peel and wash the pineapple with clean water. Remove the stem and base of the fruit.

    2. Slice it, cut out the sharp parts in each slice and cube them.

    3. Blend the pineapples to a smooth paste in a blender. Add little water while grinding if required.

    4. Take a pan and transfer the blended pineapples into it.Add sugar/jaggery powder. Mix well. Then add lemon juice and give a quick stir.

    5. Stir it for 10-15 minutes on low to medium flame until it reaches jam like consistency.

    6. Switch off the flame. Allow it to cool for a few minutes and pour the jam into clean glass jar.

    Delicious homemade Pineapple Jam is ready to be served with bread/paranthas.
