This is an easy, quick, and tasty jelly to prepare for your champ. What are you waiting for, when you have the recipe right here! Pineapple is an excellent source of vitamin C, copper, and manganese.
Contents
1½ cups pineapple juice, 1½ tsp. agar agar powder, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 pandanus leaves knotted
1. Mix agar agar powder with strained pineapple juice in a saucepan and whisk until it dissolves completely.
2. Heat the mixture with knotted pandanus leaves and add sugar to it. Keep stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Bring it to a rolling boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Close with the lid to induce the flavour of pandanus leaves and then remove the leaves.
3. Remove from fire and pour the liquid in jelly mould or glasses and let it cool down. Keep in the fridge to set.
Serve this sweetish sour jelly to your child to beat the heat.
