    Ingredients to make Pizza Dosa:

    Rice 2 cups, Urad dal – ½ cup, chopped capsicum – ½ cup, chopped tomato – 1 cup, boiled sweet corn – ½ cup, grated mozzarella cheese – 3/4 cup, Pizza sauce – 1/4 cup, oil as needed, salt to taste

    Steps to make Pizza Dosa:

    1. Wash and soak rice and urad dal separately for 4-5 hours. Drain and blend in a blender together with salt till smooth. Keep aside to ferment for 6-8 hours.

    2. On a hot tava, spread a little batter to make a thin dosa, and drizzle over some oil. Cook on medium flame for 1-2 min. Once it gets cooked, add 1 tsp of pizza sauce and spread evenly.

    3. Spread the vegetables as needed. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

    4. Cook covered until cheese melts and the dosa gets golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
