These cheesy Potato Dumplings are sure to become your favorite in no time! They are loaded with vitamin C, A, as well as healthy carbs and calcium.

Carrot-100 gms, potato -150gms, tomato -50gms, cheddar cheese -100gms
1. Boil potatoes and mash them. Keep this mixture aside.
2. In a pan, add tomatoes and carrots and sauté it for some time until soft.
3. Put this mixture in the bowl add cheddar cheese and place this mixture in between the mashed mixture.
4. Place this dumpling in the pan and cook until done.
Serve these cheesy dumplings and relish it!
