    Ingredients to make Potato Parwal Onion Stir Fry:

    5-6 ponited gourd, 2 potatoes, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 large onion sliced, 2 green chillies chopped, ½ tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, sugar to taste, 2 tbsp oil

    Steps to make Potato Parwal Onion Stir Fry:

    1. Peel slice potatoes and parwals lengthwise.

    2. Heat oil in a pan; add five spices and onion slices and ginger paste. Stir fry till it becomes golden brown.

    3. Add the parwal slices saute adding salt and turmeric powder.

    4. Add potato slices and fry. Cover and cook it till it becomes tender.

    5. Add sugar and chopped green chillies; mix well.

    Potato Parwal Onion Stir Fry is ready to serve.
