    Ingredients to make Potato Roast with Yogurt Dip:

    3 potatoes, ½ cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt to taste, 2 teaspoons Oil

    Steps to make Potato Roast:

    1. Boil potatoes in pressure cooker for 2 whistles.

    2. Make sure they are not too soft and are little form.

    3. Cut into desired shapes.

    4. In a pan, add two teaspoon of oil and roast the potatoes well evenly.

    Steps to make Yogurt Dip:

    1. Take half a cup of thick yoghurt.

    2. Add one teaspoon lemon juice to it and add salt to taste.

    3. Mix well.
