Potato sheera, a very easy to make really very delicious to eat is perfect for evening snacks. Usually prepared in fasting days, you can prepare it anytime to treat your child. It is loaded with healthy carbs.

    Ingredients to make Potato Sheera:

    ½ kg boiled potatoes, 1 cup milk, sugar as per taste, 6 tbsp ghee, ½ tsp cardamom powder

    Steps to make Potato Sheera:

    1. Heat ghee in a skillet; add smashed potatoes and sugar and stir continuously.

    2. Add some milk in between and stir continuously. Cook on low flame.

    3. When it turns little yellow, add cardamom powder. Stir again.

    When done, serve after garnishing it with almond silvers.
