    Ingredients to make Power Shake:

    Cow milk 1 cup, sugar 2 tbsp, saffron 3-4 strands, almonds 4, cashews 4, pistachios 4, raisins 4, dates 3, dried fig 1

    Steps to make Power Shake:

    1. Soak all the dry fruits in warm water for 30 minutes.

    2. Soak saffron in 1 tablespoon milk separately and set aside.

    3. After 30 minutes, remove the peel from soaked almonds. Take all the soaked nuts, sugar and saffron and blend it into a smooth paste.

    4. Once the nuts and dry fruits are ground smooth, add the milk and blend again.

    Pour the power shake in a glass and serve it.
