Pukhlein is rich in vitamins and minerals and is a perfect choice for breakfast or snacks for your little one.
Contents
1 cup jaggery, 2 cup refined oil, 2 cup rice flour, water as required
1. Take a bowl and add jaggery along with some water in it.
2. On medium flame, slowly cook this mixture in a pan and carefully stir in the rice flour. Mix well until you get a batter like consistency.
3. In a deep bottomed pan, heat oil on medium flame and gently add spoonful of the batter in the oil.
Fry the bread until you get a nice golden brown color. Serve to your little one.
