Putharo is a dish that is very healthy and beneficial for your kid's health due to the presence of proteins in it. It can be served as a dessert and it's quite rich in proteins.

    Ingredients to make Putharo:

    ½ cup rice flour, 2 tbsp powdered jaggery, 2 tbsp freshly grated coconut, a pinch of salt, few sprinkles of water

    Steps to make Putharo:

    1. Dry roast flour for 2 minutes.

    2. Add salt, sprinkle water, and start mixing the rice. Add jaggery and fresh coconut and mix well.

    3. Take two small bowls, grease them and fill with the rice flour mixture.

    4. Cover and steam for 10 minutes.

    Now serve it warm!
