Ragi Pakoda is a healthy and delicous snack item that can be served on your child's playdate. A little peanut powder is added in the recipe to make it light and rich.

    Ingredients to make Ragi Pakoda:

    1 cup rice flour, 2 cups ragi flour, 1 big onion chopped, 2-3 green chiles, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp peanuts powder, a pinch of hing, salt to taste, 4-5 curry leaves, oil for frying

    Steps to make Ragi Pakoda:

    1. Mix rice flour, ragi flour, onion, green chili, ginger, peanut powder, hing, salt in a deep bowl.

    2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and pour in the flour and spice mixture.

    3. Now add little water at a time and make a batter of pouring consistency.

    4. Heat oil in a skillet and pour batter little by little to fry pakodas.

    5. After frying pakodas, fry curry leaves in oil and pour them over pakodas before serving.

    Serve hot with ketchup.
