This recipe comes with the goodness of ragi, which is a rich source of fiber and helps to cool the body. Veggies also help to provide all the required nutrients to your kiddo, which are essential for his development.

2 cups Ragi Vermicelli, 2 tsp oil, tsp mustard seeds, 10-12 curry leaves 2-3 green chili slit into half, 1/4 tsp hing, ½ cup chopped Onion,1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 cup peas, 1/4 cup chopped carrot, 1/4 cup beans, salt to taste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
1. Add the ragi vermicelli in the bowl of a steamer and steam for 6-8 minutes until cooked but still firm or else cook as per manufacturer's instruction.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and hing and let it crackle for a few seconds.
3. Then add onion and ginger and cook for a minute.
4. Add peas, carrot, beans and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Now add vermicelli and mix well.Cook for 3-4 minutes
6. Add lemon juice and mix well and garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
The yummy dish is ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
