Ragi Uttapam

Indian cuisines comprise of regional cuisines. When India mixes with other cultures it leads to the diversity of flavours. Since we have forgotten some of our ancient dishes, Ragi Uttapam is a dish to revive that lost glory and it is perfect for a healthy breakfast, loaded with healthy carbs.

    Ingredients to make Ragi Uttapam:

    1 cup ragi flour, ½ cup besan, ½ chopped onion, 2 spoon chopped coriander, oil as required

    Steps to make Ragi Uttapam:

    1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour water into it, to make a batter.

    2. Then heat the tawa and put two spoon oil and then take some batter and make it as uttapam and after 2 minutes, flip it. If required, add more oil and press it.

    3. Place it in a plate and serve with pickle or curd.

    Ragi uttapam is ready for a healthy and tasty breakfast. Enjoy it.
