Rava Fried Fish is an ideal side dish for lunch. Blended with the goodness of fish and rava, this one is loaded with proteins and healthy carbs.

    Ingredients to make Rava Fried Fish:

    500 gm fish fillets, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp salt, 20 gm tamarind pulp, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garlic paste, rava (soojee), to coat fish, oil to deep fry

    Steps to make Rava Fried Fish:

    1. Marinate fish in chilli powder, salt, tamarind, turmeric and garlic for about 15 minutes.

    2. Heat oil.

    3. Dip fish in soojee to coat on both sides and deep fry till crisp and brown.

    Serve hot and enjoy.
